Form

    Set up in the form of a club managed by a committee as part of the Association of Thai Securities Companies on 14 September 1999

Objectives

    1. To promote and improve IT operational standards in both principle and practice
    2. To encourage the members to comply with rules, regulations and the code of conduct
    3. To promote and develop the IT function of the securities business in general
    4. To serve as a center for and act as a representative of the members in cooperating and coordinating with agencies concerned
    5. To coordinate cooperation among the members in solving issues
    6. To promote studies, research and dissemination of IT knowledge and information

Members

    Members of the Club are securities companies, finance companies and asset management Companies. At present there are 39 members, comprising 39 securities companies - asset management companies

Club Committee

    Club Committee There are 13 Committee Member, comprising
    1. A minimum of seven representatives of member companies of the Association of Securities Companies
    2. A maximum of two representatives of other companies which are non-members of the Association (pro rata)
    3. President of the Association (who is Club Committee ex officio)

Advisory Group

    The Committee Advisory Group comprises three Directors of the Association of Thai Securities Companies and a maximum of three other resource persons and representatives of other agencies concerned, whose term is one year.

Club Administration

    The candidates for Chairman or Committee Members must be representatives nominated by a member company. The Committee has a term of three years and cannot serve more than two consecutive terms.
